Blessings

We have desires in our life. They drive us throughout our life. The desires create motivation and it prepares us to spot opportunities.

Yet we aren’t happy enough. Why ?

Our desires won’t let us rest. They keep growing and we keep going behind them.

But lot of us aren’t satisfied with what we have. We are given with a lot of things which we call blessings.

Blessings are the things which we have at this very moment. What we should be thankful for. We forget to be thankful while craving for more.

Stop always expecting your blessings to be financial or materialistic. God may have just added some time to your life instead.

A Blessing can be literally anything. We should always count our blessings. Time is the greatest blessing that any person can have. Because money cant buy time but time can surely buy money.

The secret behind a happy life is to always count our blessings before comparing ourselves to others or before wanting more. We should always place our blessings first.

Mind works in mysterious ways . Sometimes it wants more money, sometimes it just wants peace. But peace is always greater than materialistic posessions.

The moment we accept what we are and appreciate what we have, we attain peace☮️.

Everyone of us want our existences to be noticed, We crave attention, We want to be cool and do all the things they are doing. Watching our friend’s instagram story when they post their achievement makes us feel less of ourselves.

We start to think like everybody else is doing great stuff when we are doing nothing. But let me tell you,

NOTHING makes more sense.

We are in a society of great talents and competition which in turn yields comparison of our lives. We want to be noticed even when we are good at nothing. Attention is a drug. People are ready to do anything in order to gain attention. People living their life to the fullest make other people either jealous or motivated. They post their success to seem successful. But the point is success isnt something that needs to be noticed, it needs to be felt.

True success is when we are doing things that we love with the people we most admire for the happiness of the self.

There is nothing called the measurement of success. Each person’s success is different. And the pace is non-comparable. Success is when the soul feels complete.

Some might consider material possessions or wealth as success where as some consider peace of mind as success. Each one of us are built in a unique way and destiny is real. Don’t let social media fool you .

Social media shows you what you choose to see. If you are a person who feels good for other’s success, you tend to be more happy when you see someone succeed. Greed and ego has created monsters in this society and jealousy is the new venom.

People get what they work for. And here are people wishing for things on social media which is a waste of time. Being online can be a boon if you know how to gain from it.

Offline is the new cool because it is a world where there is less focus on comparison and attention. If we can step out and work for what we want, we can be anything, options are unlimited.

Choose life over social media and mental health over toxic shit🌼

Since I chose to write on self development, I kind of think it is important to highlight the things that weigh us down on that path. The previous post clearly gives us a good start in the path of letting go of things and people.
In the long run, our life has many phases which we are not yet aware of and some bumps in our path.
We have two options on this thing. One is to hold on to the past and the other is to let go of it and to hopefully await the bright future. The latter holds more peace than the former. Holding on is a good thing only when the thing is good, Some people or situations doesn’t need our attention after they are over. We are not going that way ever again.
People tend to have the habit of getting stuck in a moment which neither helps nor solves the problem. This is not us. We are not built that way.
We are here to experience things, learn from them and to forget the experience whilst remembering the lessons. Life throws problems at us but there is no rule to catch and hold it, we can just drop after knowing how we feel.
We want a secure future and that thought damages the adventurous spirit of ours. We want to be loved and we should also know what to do when we are not.
Many say things are unpredictable and irrelevant at some point of life, yes it is true and we need to learn how to embrace new experiences without having fear as our first thought.

In order to taste life, we should not hold on to things which do not add value to our life. We should heal ourselves in order to embrace what’s coming for us.
Come on, Not all days are hard and we can forget things.
There is no such rule to keep on to things even after they cease to exist. We should learn to calm ourselves each time when mind shouts at us. It allows us to find solutions. Surrendering to a particular moment will not allow us to recieve guidance for what’s coming towards us.

The first step towards letting go

Hello people,

I have always wondered why everyone is stuck in this fast paced world. Although everyone is busy everytime, they have time to feel for things which they have lost or people who doesn’t love them back.

This is a generation of sad people with a structured life where all are stuck somewhere. They are holding onto situations, people, memories and what not?

The problem is not with the society, it’s right inside us. We know what makes us sad and we choose to hold onto it. We create our own traps and continue suffering for a very long time which could have been used for some fruitful task. Here the problem becomes an obstacle in achieving all other goals and anything which is better for us.

All the pain is coming from the fact that we can not let go of things, we can’t let go of people and we fear our future without that thing or person. Breakups tend to have more effect on the mental health of a person than the loss of material things . That explains why we get more attached to people than things .

We crave attention, we crave praise. Some of us crave love from other people where a single negative action of that person brings a hell load of sorrow. We are a bunch of people who are well educated to earn but least bothered about learning to heal ourselves.

Letting go is an art which only people with a mindset can achieve . The affection or the attachment which is bringing sadness should not be in our lives. If we can enjoy all the good moments with a person, we should be able to be happy without them. This doesn’t mean that we have to be predictive in relationships but we have to be preventive .

We love a person, we get attached to them, we create a world which only knows to run with their love but has no idea how to live without that love.

Here comes the need for self love🌼

The kind of love where I can be happy with me, Enjoy my company and do things which are in my best interest. In order to do this, we should practice letting go. Attachments diverts the mind away from reality, and the illusion takes over the awareness. Holding onto a toxic thing or a person is always bad for the mind . Lack of that person makes us feel self destructive things. Depressed minds are often creating by holding on to these things.

Yes, change is good .

We should step to a phase in our life where we don’t get attatched to things or people or experiences, instead we should get attached to ourself and growth.

Let’s become a generation of happy people again….
